Notes:

¹ For joint tenancy. Single tenant £150
² For unfurnished 2-bed property. Varies from £75.00 - £140.00 depending on size of property and if it is furnished or unfurnished.
³ For unfurnished 2-bed property. Varies from £30.00 - £95.00 depending on size of property and if it is furnished or unfurnished.
⁴ Per 7 days, plus interest as specified in the contract.
