¹ Fee applies to properties managed by City Lets only.
² Fee applies to properties managed by City Lets only. Fee is £72 for one bedroom rentals.
³ Per guarantor.
⁴ £200 or 25% of monthly rent whichever is the highest. Deducted from first month's rental when tenancy commences
