Notes:

¹ Fee is 12% of first month's rent, subject to a minimum fee of £60 (inc. VAT). Listed fee based on 4 weeks median rent.
² Does not include referencing costs for new tenant(s).
³ Fee applies if initial monies require to rent the property arrive with Coalters later than the due date, as confirmed in writing to the future tenant.
⁴ For each month an account is in arrears.
