Includes referencing, check-in and contracts. £225 for first two tenants, £95 for each additional tenant/guarantor. £95 for a single applicant in a house.
A fee will be payable for drawing up of contracts for any replacement tenancy.
This fee is due at the commencement of the tenancy in lieu of your check out inspection at the end of your tenancy.
This fee will be charged if the tenant arrives over 15 minutes late to an appointment or if an appointment is missed as stated in our terms and conditions.
This fee will be charged for each month an account is in arrears. The fee covers the additional work involved in administration, letters and telephone calls.
This fee is applicable for each tenant who requires a landlord reference for future prospective landlords.
A fee will be charged for refunding overpaid rent. The fee covers administration costs.
If during the initial fixed term both parties wish to extend the tenancy, a fee will be payable for renewing or extending the tenancy agreement on each occasion, irrespective of the length of the extended period or the type of agreement.
