Minimum Fees for Two Tenants : £225

Notes:

¹ Includes referencing, check-in and contracts. £225 for first two tenants, £95 for each additional tenant/guarantor. £95 for a single applicant in a house.
² A fee will be payable for drawing up of contracts for any replacement tenancy.
³ This fee is due at the commencement of the tenancy in lieu of your check out inspection at the end of your tenancy.
⁴ Per guarantor
⁵ This fee will be charged if the tenant arrives over 15 minutes late to an appointment or if an appointment is missed as stated in our terms and conditions.
⁶ This fee will be charged for each month an account is in arrears. The fee covers the additional work involved in administration, letters and telephone calls.
⁷ This fee is applicable for each tenant who requires a landlord reference for future prospective landlords.
⁸ A fee will be charged for refunding overpaid rent. The fee covers administration costs.
⁹ If during the initial fixed term both parties wish to extend the tenancy, a fee will be payable for renewing or extending the tenancy agreement on each occasion, irrespective of the length of the extended period or the type of agreement.
