Notes:
1 Fee reduced to £75 for checks of authorised occupants.
2 Due to property not being in a satisfactory condition.
3 From £420.
4 15% of works value (minimum £30).
5 To instruct a debt collecting agency where rent is overdue.
6 Per guarantor.
7 To re-check the property following work carried out after the final inspection. Rises to up to £70 for properties outside ring road.
8 Time required to find items when not in the same room as listed in inventory.
9 To re-visit the property to carry out the final inspection.
10 £15 plus cost of contractors call out.
11 Charge to replace items missing from inventory. Charged per hour (minimum £30).
