Minimum Fees for Two Tenants : £380

Notes:

¹ Fee reduced to £75 for checks of authorised occupants.
² Due to property not being in a satisfactory condition.
³ From £420.
⁴ 15% of works value (minimum £30).
⁵ To instruct a debt collecting agency where rent is overdue.
⁶ Per guarantor.
⁷ To re-check the property following work carried out after the final inspection. Rises to up to £70 for properties outside ring road.
⁸ Time required to find items when not in the same room as listed in inventory.
⁹ To re-visit the property to carry out the final inspection.
¹⁰ £15 plus cost of contractors call out.
¹¹ Charge to replace items missing from inventory. Charged per hour (minimum £30).
¹² For example, adding pets.
