Notes:

¹ 390 is tenant's share for up to two tenants, then 70 per additional tenant
² £90 per hour. Where actions of the tenant results in the agent (or nominated contractor) attending the property, time to remedy the situation is charged at the hourly rate.
³ 2 weeks rent
