¹ Tenants swap, Fee of £210.00 incl. Vat to issue a new Tenancy Agreement; Reference fee of £120.00 incl. Vat; any costs incurred by the Landlord (i.e. Inventory, Check-in, Check-out, as below)
² May not be applicable to property. This varies depending on the size of the property (from £132.00 incl. Vat (studio/1 bedroom property) to £192.00 incl. Vat (6 bedroom property)
