Minimum Fees for Two Tenants : £421

Notes:

¹ Ranging from £60.00 up to £175.00 (plus VAT) per tenancy and depending on the total number of tenants appearing in the applicable contractual documentation.

³ £50.00 (+ VAT) per Tenant /Guarantor (£80.00 +VAT per Tenant if a Company )
⁴ If you (as the Tenant) wish to change the arrangements set out in an existing Tenancy Agreement (eg. to add a new tenant where one is leaving) then £175.00 (+VAT) will be charged.
